1995 nissan sentra electric problem

The car's head light, roof, 4 way flashers functionning fine. Battery over



12 volts, but no power coming in when I turn the key to on position. No radio or fan working either... The starter was turning very very slow previous to that(-28c outside that morning), like jammed, prior to the "power extinction". Fuse blowed? Relay? Any idea execpt towing?

I'm looking at a wiring diagram for my '94 Pathfinder and I see several "fusible links" in addition to the fuse panel. One of these links feeds the Ignition Switch. Another feeds the fuse panel. Another feeds the fuel injectors and one feeds the headlights.

I presume your Sentra is similar and that one of your links is bad. I'm guessing that these fusible links are located in the engine compartment near the battery.

I copied my wiring diagram from a Motor Manual at the local public library.
