Noticed that my gas pedal seems to "stick" intermittently and requires more pressure after coming to a stop.....not a big problem but makes it hard to accelerate smoothly and without surging forward.....I have cruise that I rarely use but don't know if that may be the cause or if I can maybe just lube the pedal or linkage...any advice would be appreciated....thanx

I've seen a TSB on this problem for a 99 PF. And it does it on my 99 PF. Not sure if you can lube anything. Have you asked a Nissan service manager what they do to correct this condition?
the throttle body needs cleaning of both of your vehicles
