If I leave the steering wheel my car drift towards the left side. Could this be a wheel alignment problem ? or something else. The drift is almost negligible.

First check the tire pressure. Next swap the front tires and see if the pull moves to the other side. If it's almost negligible, I'd ignore it. Most newer cars have no alignment adjustments execept toe-in which normally doesn't make a car pull unless its out -really- bad out.
