You basically pour the stuff in until it comes starts coming out of the fill hole. Alternatively, you can jack the front end slightly, pour slightly more than 4.5L, and when you lower the front flat again, the excess will pour out. MTL-90 helps with winter shifting, otherwise, it is not really noticeable.
