Hi, I'm having problems starting my Peugeot. It started on a frosty morning- I left it idling for about 5 mins while I was getting the ice off the windscreen. The engine then stopped and then wouldn't start again- it turns over but doesn't start. I looked under the hood and an oil pipe has broken- Ive uploaded a photo (hopefully it works):

My questions are: What is the name of this hose? (an oli breather of some type?) Would this be the cause of the car not starting? How much does it cost to replace?
