Is it difficult to change the fan belt on my car or does mean a garage job? many thanks tony evans

do it yourself , and take your time doing it..
It's a piece of cake. Haynes call it an auxiliary drive belt. They also have one or two errors in their write up on how to change it including slackening off the alternator bolts which is completely un-necessary as it has a tensioning pulley elsewhere.
