1992 pontiac firebird 3.1 litre 5 speed manual trans

i have a 1992 pontiac firebird w/3.1 litre 5 speed manual, when ignition key is turned has elect power bu8t nothing on start up, would not start by popping clutch either, any possible help appreciated
