The car sat out in a rainstorm last night and the blower motor seemed to have gotten a little wet. Now none of the speeds work, intermittently it will turn very slowly for about 30 seconds then stop.
Any Suggestions as to a cause or cure?

Hopefully you are under warranty still? Sounds like a bad lower windshield seal or cowl seal. Removing the motor and drying it out may help. I'm surprised it doesn't blow the fuse! GW
