Is there a fix for the 'jiggle' that the headlights do when they are on and the vehicle rolls over any uneven pavement?

Yes. It is a known problem. They will fix it under warranty. Tell the dealer to look up tech bulletin # 04-05-42-013
I think bbst had a small typo in the bulletin number. I believe that the correct tech bulletin is # 04-08-42-013, issued in November, 2004 and entitled "Lighting - Headlamps Shake While Driving".
