i cant figure this one out, i have a 93 grand prix le 3.1, when i drove it it would dog out while driveing as if it was clogged up, no power, just putting, so i put a new motor in it. out of a car that was running good, the same dogging happened, so i replaced every sensor, erg valve, new plugs gapped out 45 thousands, new wirers , new coil packs, and new ac delco ecu, everything has been replaced with new, not used or remanufactured, now it will run but still doggs out, and at times it comes out of it and runs like a champ, then a few miles down the road it will dogg out again, sometimes it will run good for 10 to 20 miles and then start dogging out, and when it is dogging out if i let off the gas quick and repress the pedal it will pick back up and run good for a few miles and then start dogging out again, i am lost i have replaces everything with no luck, please help me i am about ready to dump into a pit and wash me hands of it. thank you any body that may know what the hell is gooing on with this car.

Exhaust clogged up maybe?
Fuel pump shot?
Return them to .060"
Which is easier, replacing a motor or doing a cylinder pressure test. Which is easier, replacing the coil pack or checking the resistance of the coils. Which is easier, replacing the fuel pump or checking the fuel pressure with a fuel gage??? From what I can tell you havent touched the fuel pump or fuel filter. The filter might be a good thing to change every
20k-25k miles. The fuel pump however you have two choices, blindly replace it like you seem to have done with the rest or...get a fuel pressure gage and do some "DIAGNOSING"! You can really save yourself some heartache by doing some simple and inexpensive test.
