when i opened the hood there was antifreeze spraying all over the engine. i believe it gets on the belts which causes it to spray. when engine is not running i can see a stream of antifreeze on the belt. please help if you have any idea if it is radiator or maybe a hose. yes i am a female. thanks

Your water pump may have broke. You should take the car to a trusted mechanic and get them to look it over. If you drive it with no antifreeze in the engine, you will likley destroy it.
Yea ummm...... sounds like that water pump is gone just dont run it till you get it looked at because you can destroy your entire engine if its broken because your car can overheat and crack the heads. so PLEASE get it looked at before you drive it again
You can SEE it leaking and someone on Usenet is supposed to tell you where it's leaking? You can SEE it, not us. You didn't mention what engine is in the car. That is crucial info in auto repair. GW
