This is an interesting one... Sometime over the last 3 days, the low beams and one fog light on my '95 Grand Prix SE coupe have stopped functioning. The high beams are fine. I tried jumping the fuse with a paper clip, but no difference than with the fuse in. The fuse was strange, encased in metal rather than plastic like I'm used to. Is this really a fuse or is it a circuit breaker? Any other thoughts on what might cause this type of issue? The headlight switch? The high/low beam switch?
