My 88 Grang Prix allows air flow thru the Heater vent and winshield vent only. Whether on a/c, heater, vent or defrost no air ever flows thru the dash vents. I have checked all fuses and hoses and all seem fine. No leaks evident. Is there a switching relay? Anyone please help.
