ECM replaced, still get engine light

My 94 Grand Am 3.1 v6 had a problem where the check engine light would come on when decellerating from 100 + km/h. The scanner came up with a code that reccomended to replace map sensor, o2 sensor, and something about rich exhaust. They replaced the map sensor and 02 sensor and it still did the same thing. Finally they just replaced the ECM I believe, and it was ok the first couple of times I took it out on the highway, but after the 3rd time the same problem returned.

This is what happens. Drive around in local streets all you want and the engine light never comes on. Take it on the highway and take it up to 110 km/h or more and then bring it back down, the engine light comes on. Stop the car reset it and the light is gone again. The car runs great, had it checked out and the engine is in great shape. Passed emissions test too. Anybody have any ideas what is causing this ?
