I've recently began to notice a funny sound pertaining to my clutch. Maybe once a week or so, only when the car is cold, I notice a chirping sound when I push the clutch pedal in. I don't really know how else to describe it, just chirp chirp chirp only when the clutch is engaged, and it goes away after several minutes of operation. Most of the time though I don't hear it, it's just about once a week or so like I said. Any ideas? The clutch only has about 10,000 miles at most on it, replaced by the previous owner. Car is a 86 944. Thanks.

Sounds like a throwout bearing going dry, will last about 1000 miles or so, but if it is going, likely disc and pressure plate change is in your future.
