Has anyone else experienced this? We have a 2005 Prius. When the engine is cold, and when we get to the first stop light after starting, the engine seems to start and stop and start and stop continuously until we get going. By the time we get to the next stop light, it seems to behave normally (shutting down completely unless the battery needs a recharge in which case it comes on for a few seconds, not the half-second bursts a the first stop light).
