The guy is a jerk. Nothing more to say on this matter.
This reminds me of the old urban legend of the guy who bought a volkswagon and brags about the gas mileage to his neighbor. The neighbor starts adding a gallon every so often at night and the neighbor really starts bragging. After a while the neighbor quits putting the extra gas in.........
Hehe. Imagine someone doing that to our Prii--and our thinking we were getting such great mileage! (I think that's possibly even more amusing, since we tend to keep such great track of our MPGs.)
