My 2001 95 Estate 2.3 has recently started to consume tail/brake light bulbs at an alarming rate. It's always the left-hand side dual filament (21w/5w?)bulb that goes, and it's always the brake light filament that's blown. I've replaced five or six in the past five months! My local dealer can't find anything wrong and could only suggest changing the bulb holder. Does anyone know what the underlying problem is?
