Air mass meter Saab 2.1 1992

I think my air mass meter has gone bad. Is there a way to test the mass meter. I knoe it has thin wires inside. Are thye suppose to glow or heat up?


any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks papa

Unplug it when the engine is at operating temperature, if it runs better then the AMM is very likely bad.
