Hi, I have a small query Actually there is an option like Foriegn travel card which could be loaded with the currency and then you could use it to withdraw money from Visa ATMs world wide. Suppose i have a card loaded with Euros and i wan't to with draw money from a VISA ATM in Sweden . Then what 'cross
border currency conversion rate ' be charged for each transaction.
Cross border currency conversion rate: It is the exchange rate applied by VISA for processing cross border transactions where the billing currency is different from the card currency.
