S'pect you've all been here done this but I've also watched my clutch being bled
Pressurise your fluid reservoir which will feed the cars master cylinder reservoir clean fluid with compressed air (from your nicely pressurised roadwheel), drain tray under the slave bleed screw!
& yep bleeding the system lasted about a month before it needed bleeding again. So new master cylinder fitted, about another month & it was parked on the sloping drive in reverse with no clutch action at all!. New Slave & driven plate sorted it.Still the recovery to our mechanic was a bargain at about £50 including reversing off the drive onto our single track road with no clutch & it stuck in reverse.

Still the good news is our old 9000 auto 108k with slipping 3 to 4th gear has gone to a new home who wants just to whiz round motorways at 3 in the morning to go to work with it & we got our price for it!
Then I had a call from some-one asking if we still had it. Turned out to be the guy who does all our MoTs who I know has a 900 which is going like a bird at the moment. He is anxious to sell it (the 900) before - bang?! He said if I'd known the 9000 was yours I wouldn¹t have rung,(I'd told him about the box at both its last 2 MoT's) to which I said we told everyone who phoned it had an iffy box (& the failed heater fan resistor pack) but it had been like it for over 2 years so why should it fail soon?
