Hi guys,
so after this hour-long pressure bleeding and wasting 3 liters of brake fluid, i noticed that the pedal was working properly and well i had my 2nd pair of hands push the pedal and watched the slave cylinder during that through the hole (where the bleed valve is). i saw it "throwing out" (lol) and so i thought hm. clutch seems to be working, and im here for hours bleeding and bleeding and there is no air left in the system. gave my friend a call (andi the bmw-freak) and he said that it would almost surely be the "pilot bearing" he told me that i changed my master cylinder without a cause (lol how funny that feels, after wasting a repair kit on that stupid master cylinder too!!) and that i will need to remove the gearbox anyways. well atleast i can do the clutch + driveshaft boots while im at it. so he told me to just put in 4th or 5th gear (he told me something about directly connected and least torque through the gearbox whatever blabla :-) ), press the brakes real hard and start the car with the clutch fully engaged. he said the pilot bearing is probably dried out or stuck. so i did what he said, and after some really scaring noises (trashed the pilot bearing??) everything works again!!! i can drive the car almost as before, just the clutch feels kinda wobbly and changing gears is not really easy. but i can for sure drive it to the workshop and take the gearbox out, finally. heh the things you learn in life.
