Hi everyone, I've decided to sell a set of genuine Saab 'Soccerball' wheels that were sold as an option with the Saab 99's (not sure if they were actually sold as an option for the early C900's but maybe they were). Anyway there are five wheels in the set, and I've taken them to my local Jax Tyres outlet today to have the old cruddy tyres removed and all the valves replaces with brand new ones.
The tyres on them at the moment are 185/65-R15's but they're too worn and have some cracking in the rubber resulting from being stored in someone's shed for an extended period so they're rather unsafe for driving on.
I will be listing the wheels for sale on Ebay tomorrow once I get them back from being 'renewed' and post a following with the listing URL for anyone who's interested. I have no idea what they're worth so I'll just let the 'market' decide. As long as I get back what I've spent on them I'll be satisfied, especially if they go to another Saab enthusiast.
The wheels are in Sydney (Australia) so anyone local is more than welcome to pick them up if they win them in the Ebay auction. I'd guess they'd be a bit on the pricey side to ship but I'll use my local Pack and Send store to handle packing and freight to anywhere in the world if it's necessary.
