I'd guess shop rate for labor, and whatever the brake line is for parts.

Did lubing the poly bushing fix the squeaking?

(Radio Shack sells teflon grease - that might be useful for this.)

...update - they (my dealer) doesn't have pre-bent lines. They cut, flare, bend a piece into where ever needs replacing. I'm going to check around...

I've always bought lengths of brake line with nuts that I could bend into a reasonable facsimile of the original. They may have told you they flared the line, but I'll bet they double flare them. Here's a link that I found about how to do them.
