As a last resort, you can do what I did. I stood out in front of the dealership with a big sign. You could do the same with your car:
" Saturn Ion with TLC care at this dealership
ENGINE HEAD cracks at 43,000 miles due to manufacturing flaw.
SATURN WON'T PAY FOR REPAIR !! "
Show them the sign first before you do it. They called the police on me but I was 4 feet from the road in front of the dealership-so the police didn't bother me. mike
