ANY ideas on a complete instrument cluster..?? this one is VERY rough.. 'flooded', maybe? and its looking sad..he would rather have a complete unit if available..

the left hand outside mirror glass is broken- can a glass ONLY be put on, or??
on the right door, there are 2 screws in the triangular chrome piece right in front of the vent window, is this factory passenger side mirror, or someone add on? if add on, need that piece..
the headlight rings? anyone got some pretty decent ones? these are pitted/peeling on the plating..
the wiper arms, where they come thru the body..is there 'chrome' covers for this? these are bare pot metal looking stuff?
front grills? replatable? or?? now, does he need 'show quality'? dont think so.. but, he has room for improvement in these areas..
