- he knew this had to be bogus. Thanks to the customer service phone number previously provided by the good folks here at the Stude NG - he cleared up the problem withoput much effort. Seems a hacker had gotten in through his son's FaceBook account. Guess who doesn't get to use the laptop anymore?
