The Clarion Motel in Burnham has changed to a Comfort Inn recently, and raised the prices. The Super 8 in Burnham remains about the same.
However, there is now another option. Only two miles north of Reedsville, at the Rt. 322 Milroy exit, there is a new Best Western Nittany Inn. It is a smaller motel with only 41 rooms, but is new, clean, and reasonably priced. I have stayed there a couple of times in recent weeks, and it is IMHO much better than the Burnham options. As of yesterday, all rooms were available for the days of the Reedsville meet. Because of the limited number of rooms, I would suggest making reservations early.
