Rim Search

I'm trying to make up a set of wheels for my Speedster that fit the wire wheel covers. I am going to mount a set of 710 15 bias ply Firestones on them, not radials. The wheel covers need to bear on the outside of the wheel flange, where they bolt on, and at the same time the outer rim of the wheel cover must bear on the outside of the wheel. I found three wheels on a 51 in a local, Delhi, junkyard that look perfect. They are 15" by 5" with a 4 1/4 offset. They have the three slots in the rim to hold somebodys hub cap. What is different about these is they have rivets and are not welded, and have 12 dimples outside the bolt holes that bear on the brake drum. I have two wheels that are close but do not fit because the dish in the rim is a bit different and wire wheel covers hit it. The wrong ones are identifiable by the spot welds and they have six big dimples, and not 12. I've checked my local guys and do not find any. Does someone out there have a couple or three of these.

15" x 5" 4 1/4 offset rivets smooth dish on the rim with three hub cap slots 12 dimples outside the bolt holes.

Thanks Bill
