Car Plows Into St. Augustine Carousel A 24 year old man has been arrested - accused of plowing his car into the historic J & S Carousel in St. Augustine. Police responded to the crash at Davenport Park early Friday morning where they found a Jeep Cherokee that had plowed into the Carousel. Police say 24 year-old Michael Tiner fled the scene.
When he first talked to police, Tiner said the vehicle had been stolen.
Officials say damage is extensive to the Carousel that was built in
1927.The crash is still under investigation.
