Well George does live out in the sticks, on a dirt road... This would be the perfect addition to his backyard!

Maybe the NEW back yard overlooking my ten acre 'empire'... No hunting from it but would be cool to sit up there with a guitar and some 'refreshments' and let the world go by for a while... The Zip van WILL move with me when that time comes! Studebaker George
