OK. Hopefully someone can help me with my problem. I have a 1990 Subaru SW that tends to not start once in awhile. It may start and then I will run to the store, come out and it refuses to turn over. I have found that if I clamp off the fuel line, crank it over a few times then release the clamp it will start. I have replaced the timing belts and a intake manifold gasket. Could it be a fuel pump problem? Thanks for your help, Clint
