to-day at 45545 miles the speedometer stuck at 0, and hasent moved since, everything seems to be ok ??

The speedometer and odometer are driven by an electrical pulse from the speed sensor. You may have a bad speed sensor, bad wiring to the odometer or a bad odometer. If you are not getting a Check Engine Light, it's probably not the speed sensor, since in that car the speed sensor also sends signals to the ECU and it would go into error reporting if it did not get a speed sensor signal. And it would put the car in "limp" mode where it would not rev above 4000 rpm.
