Are the Partial Zero Emission Vehicles equipped with additional emissions gear or are they just de-tuned versions of the 168hp engine? If they are just de-tuned, can they easily be brought up to the 168hp level once they are out of warranty (and moved out of California of course)?
Does anyone know the specific difference between the PZEV and 48 state models?
