in a 91 Legacy, is this a possible exchange? basically i have an automatic 2wd Legacy, and have a parts car w/ much lower mileage with auto AWD available.
anyone worked this before?

or perhaps another question for this: can the AWD auto trans be used to replace a 2WD auto trans, but not have the rear diff/axle hooked up?
i understand the AWD could run as 2WD also...
