i got a phone call today. it was the person who i sold my 98 forester to a month ago. she was asking me about a sweet odor coming from behind the dash. she was also asking about water sounds coming from behind the dash. she wanted to know why the temp guage was spiking, and why there was coolant on the ground. i referred her to this forum.
now i feel vindicated for selling that junk. glory glory hallejulah!!!!

Wrong, it has a blown head gasket, and he knew it when he sold it. he thought he would pawn it off on some unsuspecting lady, like the douchbag he is.
