the backlight on the clock in my instrument cluster (tach gauge) has gone out, and i suspect that a bulb replacement is all that's called for. but i can't find a good set of instructions to access this area. is there an online resource for this? thanks!
Most dashes are easy to take apart.... it's all about looking for screws/bolts that hold the dash in. The rest after that is all clipped and pulls out for the most part. I haven't seen any online resources, but you should be able to wing it by searching for bolts and unclipping the rest (including the wiring that connects to the dash if there is any)

thanks, i'd previously done a partial diassembly to access the DRL wire harness, but wasn't sure i'd taken the most efficient route. or that i could access the back of the instrument cluster in the same manner. but i did learn quite a bit about uncovering previously hidden and partially smoked roaches and full joints of schwag, courtesy of the previous owner.

Make sure it's warm before unclipping. In a cold climate, it is easy to break all those little clips and even crack the plastic dash pieces.
