Outback MY07 Oil Cooler

Hi, Anyone know if the oil cooler towing accessory reduces the clearance on an Outback?

I hit a kangaroo in my Ford Falcon EF II a few years back and the main issue was that it went under the car and hit the oil cooler, causing loss of transmission fluid. I was wondering if the oil cooler on an Outback is similarly exposed, or will reduce the clearance.

Can't afford an 07 but on the previous series it's near the bottom of the radiator core & so basically safe from anything that doesn't take out your radiator too (like late arvo kangaroos, camels, etc!) Cheers
