poor wrx

First off I would like to say I wanted a WRX, and still would like to take a good look at the STI, I drive a 2003 turbo pt cruiser, stock 220hp heavier then a wrx, but it was a good match against one, I just added the mopar stage 1 kit to my car and easily smoked a wrx from a roll( I know not to attempt from a light : ) )

Anyway's I was a bit sorry to see the wrx lose so easily to the turbo pt cruiser, hope the sti doesn't lose this much wheel Hp. (the STI is still on my list)

Can't say I've ever smoked a WRX myself. How the hell would you ash it?

Was the WRX operator "aware" :-))

What's Mopar Stage 1 consist of?

Why sorry? Were you hoping he'd walk on you, when you smoked him/her?

awd does have its disadvantages, in a non-traction limited environment.

yes he was aware of what happened...

the stage 1 is just a performance computer, larger fuel injectors, and different shift points for the tranny..

I was hoping he would be faster then my car, I have read so much about the WRX, and wanted to purchase one, now I'm eyeing the STI

My guess is the WRX didn't know there was a race going on.

Chrysler *definitely* has a different approach toward modding, that's for sure. What's engine size, base/S1 HP & torque on that thing?

On the street, there's a world of possibilities. He might have just received a ticket ten minutes ago, or been balancing a Big Mac and large ice tea ;-)

My grandma could smoke a pt cruiser, i have raced all kinds of cars on my

03 wrx and a pt cruiser is no match for a wrx, the last car i smoked was a 6cyl twin turbo nissan, both drivers where racing, not just me, a standard unmodified wrx goes from 0-60 in 5.8 sec if you can improve your pt cruiser to be faster you can smoke a wrx on a road with good traction.

Wow, you've got a $500k works rally car in your driveway, that's so cool. :-)

hey no problem, cool for grandma, I was just posting what happened during this one race from a roll... of course it goes 0-60fast, it gets that jump from the line, like I said, from a roll on the highway this particular car had no balls.

I have both, and the PT Turbo is initially stronger off the line but past

aye. or he was laughing so hard he couldn't find the pedals...
