What is the going rate to have a front rotor turned at somewhere like NAPA?
Any info appreciated.

If you have a problem with warping, your best bet is to replace the rotors. Rotors are pretty cheap these days and aren't hard to replace. I've replaced them on hondas & land rovers. Turning a rotor removes metal/mass, thereby decreasing the rotors ability to store & dissipate heat, thereby increasing the chance of future warping.
