A friend of mine just bought an '01 forester here in Asheville NC. She lives in Baltimore and needs to know a reliable, fair mechanic she can take it to for service. She had said she was going to look for the dealership there, I'm jumping to conclusions regarding having heard generally bad things about subaru service departments. Am I right?
