when i was installing the cam belt on my 94 legacy, istripped the threads on the belt tightener pulley. How do i fix the threads on that pulley bolt?

As far as I know, your only option is to use a Heli-Coil.

Do you mean the Timing Belt tensioner? You can get a new one - might be too critical a part to trust to a repair.

Or, do you mean when you were installing the accesory belts you stripped that adjustment pulley's threads?
