Does anyone have a procedure to fix this? It's apparently an EVAP system fault. I think due to excessive vacuum, so something is clogged/blocked.
Just wondering if there is a methodical procedure to determine what is the actual problem. Once I find that I am sure I can probably fix it.

I did that first. I didn't find anything other than a listing of what the code was. Now maybe I didn't use the correct combination of search terms, but I did try quite a few(various combinations of: p0446 blazer gm dtc)
