'91 Bonneville; working with fuel lines

The thing he's calling a 'bubble' flare -is- a bubble flare (an ISO flare to be more exact), it is not and has nothing to do with a 'double flare', other than they are both used in automotive brake lines.

well, the tool looks very similar to a double flare tool and the procedure is similar... (although I think the ISO flare you only have to do one flaring step? I have to admit that I've never used mine; having it is good insurance that I'll never round off a fitting or twist a brake line )

You should, you coulda killed someone.

Yup.

That someone would be General Motors, they've been doing it since

1981

Nothing there to prove me wrong (or you correct) They show SAE double flare and DIN flare. No ISO flare. (FYI, Fedhill isn't the be all, end all)

Deposit one dollar and play again...

Or a GM car built in the last 27 years. (91 Pontiac qualifies, dunnit?)

Lots of categories on that page, wanna list the one you're referring to? IOWs, be specific.

Or; buy your brake lines to long and then just tie 'em up in a knot. (MM's top secret way of doing professional work)

What kind of horse shit is that?

So what? Is 500 supposed to impress me?

Irrelevant.

Let's get back to relevant; show me where the Fedhill site refutes anything I've said so far and/or supports your position.

And that is?

And my "lie" would be?

I'll again refer to the Mastercool website page for their #71475 Flaring tool which clearly shows and lists the four types of connections it is capable of making.

I guess we could consider Imperial Eastman (ever heard of them?) to be liars living in a different world also...
