Hey give a hand if you can I got 97 cavalier RS with a 2.2 with a no start and codes P0121B and P1601D any information on the codes or simualer problems would be nice, Thanks

Code P0121 is throttle position sensor performance, P1601 is a serial communications malfunction. The second one, in particular, could cause the no-start if it prevents the PCM from getting the right Passlock fuel-enable password..
