Any comments on adding a remote unlock to a vehicle lacking this feature? I have a '99 Mercury Sable with an inside auto door lock/unlock, and am considering adding the module that allows this to be done by remote.
I generally do all my own vehicle maintenance, have done some rewiring, and can read a wiring schematic.
Has anyone done this addition to their vehicle and would care to offer any suggestions or comments?
