Hello,
I need some help. I'm refinishing aluminum wheels that were painted by the previous owner and I'm having a difficult time getting the last coat of "whatever primer" off. My guess is that they were painted professionally. I've tried several kinds of paint strippers, the last being aircraft remover. What material am I dealing with (epoxy, something baked on?) and is there something that I can use that will easily blister this stuff? Whatever it is, it sticks real good (like an adhesive) to the aluminum. I've been using my fingernails to peel it off.
Thanks in adavance for your help. Bob
