I got a cheap CTools OBD II scanner on Ebay. My ford Windstar's engine light came on. When connecting the scanner, it display 1-2-3 then 4-5-6 and then error.
I assume either the scanner is not compatible, although it says it is, or the scanner is broken.
Anyone experience this device?
