Heater core '95 Grand Am

What is the best way to get into the heater core for my grand am? Am I going to have to disassemble the whole dash to get to it or is there an easier way? Thanks

Remove in this order: heater hoses, covers under the dash, console, glovebox, heater cover, heater core. IIRC, there are 9 7mm screws on the heater cover. Careful with the rubber drain 90. Get a copper replacement core. Aluminum replacements only last one year.
