LTFT1 & LTFT2....ford truck

99.2% and fixed on both outputs (abnormal to me)...STFT1&2 ranging rapidly fron negative numbers to about 14% (normal to me)....also no changes in voltage on 02s2, fixed at zero...02s1 constantly fluctuating.........my ??? would be 'would no activity at 02s2 cause long term fuel trim to fix at such large percentage without turning on MIL'.....O2, e350,6.8, 100K...just replaced 10 plugs and 2 coils hunting for pissy performance and miss.....gotta love tuning up these coil over plug fords! this one is a shuttle bus with rear heat and AC lines all laying on top of right bank coil, plug, injector requireing braille training to find the coil holddown screws..................TIA for any techies help............bill
